Lee Hyori sounds really nice in this song. She reportedly was really surprised at how good she sounded after listening to this. 

The song is called 지붕 위의 고양이 or A Cat on the Roof and it was for Lee Hyori’s reality show Off the Rec’s OST. It’s a duet with Lee Hyori and Jung Jae Hyung. The song is Bossa Nova but mostly poppy, and it suits Lee Hyori’s voice really well. I don’t know why Hyori was so surprised by her voice, it’s not like she sang a ballad and ended up sounding like Beyonce or something. This song doesn’t require any vocal strain, Hyori’s vocal performance is very light and wispy, and it’s not very inventive but it’s nice. It reminds me a tiny, tiny bit of Clazziquai’s Nova Bossa sung by Christina. Of course, since I’m a Clazziquai lover I think that song is for superior and much more genius but Hyori’s song isn’t bad and I think she did a good job.
