I’m taking a break from the blog. Well, I’ve been taking a break since last week as my faithful readers know. Sorry peeps, at first I didn’t write because felt like nothing that important or interesting was going on and then I had too much work to do. But Yeah, until further notice I’m on…let’s call it a sabbatical.

I figured as much. It’s fine. Just don’t go off for TOO long. (haha, I’m kidding).
And WOOT. Thank you for liking Kaba Modern because I do too. But since I know the group on a more personal level, I’m biased.

Are you in the bigger group? Or do you just know one of the members? I think these guys are awesome, and especially the girls they are like one of the few reasons i watch this show.

Yup, I happen to know one of the members–she’s more of an acquaintance than a friend. But I’ve long heard about the group (they perform in competitions around here) so I was excited to see them make it on a much bigger stage.
And the girls do really rock! I hear so many people comparing guy and girl dancers and how guys have more upper body strength and can do flips, breakdance, etc….I guess that’s true to some extent but all I have to say is take one look at this dance crew and those comparisons go out the window. The ladies definitely show that they’re the backbone of this team.

I agree akon. The ladies take it home! I really thought that Fish n’ Chicks would bring more to the table, but Kaba Modern did it really hardcore. Theyre so awesome, I really hope they bring it home and win it.
note: what was with the shoe bit towards the end, that kinda threw me off… lol
