GIVE IT A REST!
Once again, the E.L.F.’s were out in the freezing below zero weather to protest the addition of Henry or anyone to Super Junior. 700 obsessed girls sat outside of SM Entertainment with their silly signs and a lack of sanity. My friend summed up why they did it rather well. “To them adding someone else to Super Junior is like adding another book to the Bible.” I get it now. There would be so many protests about that. But let’s put things into perspective here. Idol group vs. A book that is the basis of a religion that millions of people believe in. Hmm. Well, I can’t say that I sympathize with the E.L.F.’s who, by the way, want an apology from SM for causing mental damage. Are you friggin’ kidding me?
I understand that they really care about these guys but you don’t know what they’re really like and the only reason they’re protesting is because adding another member will mess up some kind of aesthetic for them. And SM, who isn’t going to listen to them anyway, is only adding Henry to Super Junior China because Henry can’t speak Korean. To me, it’s a waste of talent. The only reason to have a group like Super Junior is to make a lot of money with spending that much money advertising. Of course, you’ll have people who can actually sing (Kyu Hyun) but those other ones that have no real talent thrive because of good looks and personality. What pisses me off about SM creating a group like Super Junior is that it’s a bastardizing of the music industry. (And JYP is about to join the ranks). As much as I’m greatly amused and really like some of the members I can’t forget that their talent is rather lacking. Idol groups in general have that problem. Besides DBSK, Big Bang and The Grace, idol groups aren’t known for their talent, they’re known for hooking in young girls with their good looks, cross dressing and amusing jokes. This is of course why idol groups don’t sell that many cd’s and their entertainment companies focus so much on merchandising and their artist hosting silly shows (Lee Teuk’s Love Fighter). DBSK on the other hand, recently number one of the Oricon charts, is sold as an idol group in Korea but still really talented and because of that talent they sell albums. Big Bang, also advertised as an idol groups is really talented, producing and writing almost all of their music, sells a lot of albums. (But a lot in Korea isn’t really that much seeing as no one seems to buy albums in that country).
ANYWAY, digression ending here.
My advice to the E.L.F.’s: give it a rest. I’m sick of giving you kudos for being organized, you’re now becoming a depressing caste of human beings.

Korean ELF is really getting on my fucking nerves.
I downloaded a few Don’t Don performances and I couldn’t even watch after the second half because during Henry’s violin solo, the audience was chanting, “Only 13! Only 13!” and I just wanna punch them all out. For such a zealous bunch of fans, they were TERRIBLE with supporting SuJu’s movie. God, talking about ELF and their tactics seriously makes me wanna kill someone.

Where are the parents in all this? Are they blind to their children’s obsession with something as meaningless as an idol band? Is it normal for young women to act this way? And for the parents to let them? ><” Aiiish.
Henry is so very talented. His violin solo in Don’t Don is absolute wub, and the fans were booing him. I find that completely ridiculous. I doubt he asked to be given a solo in that song, and I doubt he has a choice in what he participates in, now that he’s an SM trainee. Don’t the fans realize this? I feel bad for Henry. He’s gotten so many antis over this. It’s so…stupid.
…They want an apology from SM? Is this some kind of joke? They should be apologizing to SuperJunior for all the trouble they’ve caused and for being horrible fans to begin with, and they should be apologizing to Henry, the poor thing, for hating on him so much. Gah!
What’s up with Korean fans in general? It’s like they’re all insane when it comes to idol groups. Like they worship them or something. I find it quite scary. The more I hear about the rabid, over-enthousiastic fans over there, the more I reconsider my trip to Seoul in 2009.
Maybe I should go to Japan instead. The fans might be more calm over there. XD

They were chanting “Only 13″? That’s absolutely ridiculous. I mean, I was once a middle schooler with nothing better to do but I wasn’t that sad as a human being. For some reason the only words that come to me head to describe them are “bitches” and/or “immature idiots”. Either way they’re bad examples of people.

now i feel bad for suju. elves are just fuckin annoying. i mean cmon. are they blind???? so what if henry joins suju? get a life, people!!! u can have idols, but if u’r too obsessed with them, guess whats gonna happen!! & u want an apology from SM. EXCUSE ME? good thing they havent disbanding suju yet!! an apology, u say? take it out of my @$$ by urself. the most useless fans i’ve ever seen.

Wow… Can E.L.F. get anymore ridiculous? I hope not… What’s their reason for not having Henry as a member? It’d break Super Junior a part? If they were fans who understood Suju, then they’d probably get that Suju’s bonds together are stronger than that…
lolz, I laugh at them. E.L.F. is kinda funny… just cuz they do such stupid things and have no life, and apparently no social life either if they’re standing in below zero degree weather…
They want Sm to apologize to them for the mental stress they’ve caused them? THEY should be apologizing to SUPER JUNIOR for the stress they’ve caused them! They’ve probably taken away so much sleep from the guys. The 1 or 2 hours of sleep they get a day. Maybe they should think of THAT instead of going crazy and stupid about Henry MAYBE being apart of Super Junior…

okay…its not that ridiculous you guys. think of it. adding one more can cause the group to split. its not the bond part that will split them, but its SM who will in the end. 13 is enough. if he adds another one, then another one will come and so forth. soon it will just end. u cant just randomly add someone into a group like that. SM is playing mind games with everyone. all he wants is money. he would only be adding henry for MOENY. sure Henry is talented. i agree a ton that he is. and i appreciate him…BUT he’d be better solo. super junior doesnt need any more ppl. its 13 now and will ALWAYS be 13. and i heard ppl saying “oh its just the same as like KyuHyun joining”….NO its not. when kyuhyun joined…super junior was still an experiemental group. but soon after he joined, SM decided it to be official. it would be really hard for henry to just join. kind of awkward not? yes, henry hasnt gone through all the things they have been through, like winning their awards and the accident. they’re become stronger and closer. it would be awkward for henry to just randomly join. he hasnt had all the memories theyve had and experiences. and sure the members would accept him easily. but its just not the same.
but chanting “only 13″ is harsh. i agree. especially when hes like right there. but the protest…just think of it as ELF trying to save super junior. i dont like ELF myself but what they’re doing is actually helping. trust me and them LOL.
