Sex and the City: The Movie
Several times today I walked by the set of the new Sex and the City movie in New York’s Village. I was so excited because I absolutely adore the series. (Even though it’s unrealistic and only focuses on rich white women). Anyway, that show had some of the best writing in television while it aired.
Part of the premise of the new movie involves Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) hiring an assisstant (Jennifer Hudson) because she’s gaining more notoriety. And also Charlotte is pregnant. She isn’t pregnant for the entire movie if you look at the picture above…
Hmm, if I walk by again and I see the cast I’ll try and snap a picture, but until that time here are some shots someone else got.

Here are some of my thoughts:
1. I wish that Aidan would come back! He was by far the best guy. Which is probably why he doesn’t end up wth Carrie, because she doesn’t deserve him. Her and Big (whose name, if you remember from the series finale was John) are made for each other, they both suck a little bit.
2. I wonder is Samantha (Kim Catrall) is still with her HOT actor boyfriend.
3. Miranda ( and Steve: I wonder if their baby is still ugly. Okay, maybe the kid was cute but my last memory was of an ugly baby. Moving on…
4. Charlotte (Kristin Davis) is pregnant so, she did not leave her ugly husband. At least they kept one ugly peson in the entire movie.
5. I’m not too excited about Jennifer Hudson but I think it may be because I thought Rinko Kikuchi deserved the Oscar!
You may or may not know that the movie was supposed to be shot in 2004 but there were some issues with an actress…*cough* Kim Catrall…
But thankfully all the girls–Carrie, Samantha, Mirand and Charlotte–are back! I am so excited.

Oh wow.. i had no idea that I didn’t even know what Big’s name was… I can’t believe it had to be something boring as hell like John… It shoulda been something that would make viewers go “reaaaally?! that’s his name!!!” Something like BOB. HAHAHA. or maybe even smooth like Andrew or Sean, no… ooh! while thinking of names to post here I looked to the right and witnessed that you’ve posted about Jesse Bradford. Well, illdielaughing, this is where I take my leave =) Oh and by the way “hoofer” up there.. you’re nuts dude, seriously go watch Lisa Lampanelli skits and suffer a heart attack if you thought that what blogger posted was “WRONG AND MEAN”… you know what i think “hoofer”… i think… that uh… YOU SUCK

HA! Speaking of Cynthia Nixon, I was watching AMADEUS (tale of Mozart bla bla bla) and realized that a VERY YOUNG and BLONDE Cynthia Nixon is in it! The movie was made in 1975. She plays the maid, paid by another jealous composer to spy on Mozart during his emotional demise… It’s sooooo FUNNY! she’s like at the very bottom of the credits… haha

correction: AMADEUS was released in ‘84, making cynthia 18 at the time.

honnestly you shouldnt be writting for this website, it is clear that you are not a sex and the city fan putting down one of the best characters and calling them shitty. i dont understand why u would write for sex and the city if you dont really think it is realistic, and so harsh. First of all harry was so much better for charlotte than tray was, and you shouldnt be putting someone down just for their looks. Second yes they are rich…and whats the problem??? how is it not realistic….? rich women have the same problems poor women do. ALSO carrie does talk about her money situation when aiden leaves her with debt…..maybe u should watch the series over again…to correct YOUR MISTAKES

Well Lam, it is unrealistic, it’s a television show. I think the show is very honest but I’m not talking about that. All shows have a sense of unrealism to them to make things work out. I didn’t say anyone was shitty I said Big and Carrie “suck a little bit” but I love both of their characters. Of course rich women have problems too but that’s not what I was saying was unrealistic about the show. I didn’t even go into what exactly I thought was unrealistic. I’m being completely sarcastic and joking, which you should get since I started this post by saying I adore the seres.
And they aren’t mistakes, they’re OPINIONS. Relax.
